Note
All rates are quoted in ZAR and are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
Children under the age of 12 years, sharing a room with parents get a 25% discount.
Deposit required
A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Any outstanding balances towards your reservation must be deposited in full, 7 days prior to your arrival. Although arrangements could be made upon request of how to settle the balance or to secure a booking.
Cancellation policy
These rates will apply to Guests who have secured a booking by providing the 50% deposit. Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation will be retained.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation will be retained.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation willbe retained.
Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation will be retained.
In the instance of non-arrival of a Guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the Guesthouse a non appearance fee of the full amount of stay will apply.
